Credits, Disclaimers and Legal Stuff
Firstly, credit where credit is due: I want to thank my dear friend Joan MacKinnon (the Wizard's Daughter) for 'throwing me in the deep end', forcing me to believe in myself and discover how much I had to share with this talent of mine. A word of thanks also to Sheilane, who started the Mystic Spa, and helped me connect with so many wonderful people. I am honored that she entrusted the running of the spa to me when she closed her bookstore.
The obviously stand-out professional photos, on the "Consultations", "Parties" and "Workshops" pages, plus that gorgeous photo of the yellow leaf that I just love, on the "Presentations" page, were produced by Joseph DiDiodato, who generously offered them for use on this website, in return for us promoting his awesome work. Disclaimers I'm not going to tell you your 'fortune'. In Canada there is an old law that prohibits the 'fraudulent telling of fortunes'. Strictly speaking, any psychic who is sincere in their efforts to help people, and does not misrepresent the inherent limitations of their gifts, is not violating this law. But some people believe that any attempt to use a psychic/intuitive gift is 'impossible' and therefore, in their eyes, inherently 'fraudulent'. So to avoid any accusations of 'fortune telling', responsible intuitives, like myself, make every effort to insure that you, the client, know that our readings are about your *current* life patterns. We are revealing things that may very well *lead* to a given set of future events, as a natural consequence, but your future is always *yours* to choose. You *make* your fortune. It is my pleasure to help you with guidance and wisdom, so you can best choose how you will make it. I don't make medical diagnoses. I may suggest that you go see a particular doctor, or get you to ask them to check for something in particular. But please never take my readings, or anyone else's, as a substitute for qualified medical advice from a licensed doctor.
